Tea is a beautiful way to connect to our own dreams, visions & intentions, in a simple yet profound way.

In this intimate container (1-3 people), I lead a guided clearing ceremony to drop in to what wants to be witnessed, shared & felt. I may also bring in my personal flare of experience and intuitive support, if desired. Allowing for the herbal medicine to ultimately be our teacher - sharing it’s decadent magic with us!

This tea session together will last between 1-2 hours.

Tea can create many opportunities & pathways - one of them might just be to build connection. Whether in an event space or larger group.. there is a powerful energy in sharing breath, presence & devotion, with others.

In this group container, I guide an intention setting experience, educate about ceremony & the herbs we are working with. This can also be a space for check-in’s so that all feel welcomed to share their voices. This can be a casual or formal setting created.

Time will be dependent on what we are co-creating together!

Tea ceremony is a potent offering to incorporate into any retreat experience or workshop flow. Whether in the beginning, the middle or the end of a retreat - being with tea in a meditative context allows for contemplation and loving observation.

In this immersive container, I meet the group in what is being offered by the facilitator - asking prompts & conjuring curiosity for what wants to unfold. There is creative availability to pair the herbs with facilitators choice of experience!

Time can be discussed as needed.
